The Condo

Bright and spacious condo fully, furnished to host up to 4 people. Fully furnished kitchen, a combined living and dinning room, two bathrooms, two bedrooms an exceptional balcony, and indoor parking. Close to all Cartagena locations that you need to spend an unforgettable vacation!
Enjoy one of the most beautiful cities of America: Cartagena de Indias, from Castillogrande, one the most exclusive and modern areas of the city (one street from the beach and one from the bay). 14th floor with an unforgettable 180-degree view!
The building has a pool on the 20th floor and a wonderful sundeck with lounge and hammocks patio on the 21st floor, which are part of building common areas.
The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, with pedestrian sidewalks, local fruit vendors around the corners, and is strategically located.

Guest Access

The building has a wonderful pool and a sundeck with lounge and BBQ areas, deck chairs and hammocks patio. And of course, it counts with two elevators and 24 hours receptionist service.

Interaction with Guests

I will communicate with my guests as much as it's necessary according to the guest's necessities. My brothers, will be available to welcome my guests and will make sure they get a great service and a VIP treatment for an unforgettable experience.
Guests will have absolute privacy:  You will be like at your own house.

The living room/dining room/kitchen are air-conditioned! However, when I'm in town I like to turn the AC off when I get up in the morning. Then, I open all the sliding glass doors, and let the warm, Carribbean breeze embrace me and my guests.
Furthermore, I would like to suggest the hop-on, hop-off bus City tours; stop #11 is located one quick block away.

My brothers can also give you interesting suggestions on bars, restaurants, museums, tours to the Rosario Islands, other nearby beaches, shopping and other experiences that will make your stay a truly special experience.

Nací y crecí en Cartagena de Indias, sin embargo he estado viviendo en Canadá por más de 15 años. Me encanta viajar y descubrir nuevas culturas, me gusta la buena buena comida y el vino.

I was born and raised in Cartagena, Colombia; and I have been living in Canada for more than 15 years now. I love travelling and discovering new cultures, good food and wine. My brothers Omar, Julio or Maria Claudia will welcome you. Rest ensure, they will do their best to make you feel like a VIP guest and will give you some tips so you can take advantage of the city as locals do.

Great family vacation!! We travelled with our two kids (8 and 11). This condo is simply perfect! The beds and the pillows are really comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. There is lots of space to get settled and fell like home. The condo is spacious, clean and well maintained. The 2 bathrooms are full and great. Our kids really liked the roof-top pool and we really liked the great patio for the drinks or to chill in the evening. The location is great, only two blocks from the beach and a 5-10 min walk to the restaurants and the grocery! The neighbourhood is really safe. The ride to old city is very easy with a taxi (they are everywhere and really cheap!) We were really well greeted by Alberto and his family. Their recommendations for the restaurants and the sights in town, allowed us to discover the city just like the locals.

When my wife and I stayed at Alberto's condo for 30 days, we felt at home. Everything was as advertised, or better. The kitchen supplies are gourmet level and the furnishings are high quality. This location in Castillogrande is where you would enjoy your stay in Cartagena. There's an esplanade walk path, park and beach access right outside the front door. The 20th story pool and sun decks are well maintained and cleaned daily. We will definitely stay at Alberto's place again when in Cartagena.

The apartment was exactly as described. We spent a week. Alberto was a great host, easy to communicate with, and his family was helpful in tips in seeing the city and restaurant recommendations. The unit is so relaxing, clean, and in a great part of town. We loved using the pool! The beach was only one block away, so we went everyday. Loved having morning coffee and an afternoon cocktail on the balcony. We felt like locals when we took afternoon naps in the hammocks on the roof. I would rent this unit again.
